These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders, deliveries and other agreements between Eend met een T B.V. and its business customers.
Only stores and webshops located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Denmark and Sweden can become customers.
A valid VAT number is required for intra-Community deliveries.
Anyone may request an account. Accounts are manually reviewed and activated only after approval.
Orders can be placed via pre-book orders or through the online ordering portal. Stocked products can be delivered immediately.
An order placed via the website is considered an order request. An order is only final once Eend met een T B.V. has confirmed it in writing or by email.
For pre-book orders, quantities are only guaranteed once the order has been confirmed and, where applicable, paid.
All purchase prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices displayed on the website are recommended retail prices.
Kickback arrangements are shared only with approved customers and are not publicly available.
All prices are subject to obvious errors.
New customers pay in advance. For long-term cooperation, a credit line may be provided. Conditions are determined per customer.
The standard payment term is 14 days.
After the payment term expires, the customer receives a first reminder. Seven days after the first reminder, a second reminder follows. Seven days after the second reminder, a formal notice is issued.
If payment still does not follow, the claim will be transferred to an international debt collection agency. Statutory commercial interest and collection fees may be charged.
Delivery is available in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Denmark and Sweden.

All shipments include track and trace. Delivery times are indicative. Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
In case of complaints or damage, the customer must contact Eend met een T B.V. as soon as possible.
A suitable solution will be sought together. Returns are only possible with prior approval.
Manufacturer warranty applies as determined by the manufacturer.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered by warranty.
In the skateboard industry, breakage, wear or damage caused by impact or incorrect landings is generally not considered a manufacturing defect.
Warranty claims are assessed based on photos, a description, and, if necessary, consultation with the manufacturer.
The liability of Eend met een T B.V. is limited to the invoice value of the relevant product.
Consequential damages, loss of revenue or loss of profit are not eligible for compensation.
Eend met een T B.V. is not liable for delays or errors caused by carriers or for circumstances beyond its control.
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the Gelderland District Court, Arnhem location.
